INSTRUCTORS:

Keynote Speaker - William Lowell, Former Director of the U.S. State Department's Office of Defense Trade Controls and is also a former staff member of the U.S. Congress' Committee on International Relations. He is currently a Managing Director of Lowell Defense Trade, LLC, a national security consulting firm.

Suzanne Palmer, President, Export Compliance Solutions, has over 15 years with the State Department and 5 years with US industry interpreting and applying US export control laws including licensing, training, and ITAR compliance.

Patricia Dudley, is a former DDTC licensing officer who has extensive government and industry licensing experience.
