Export Compliance Solutions Training Academy

Export compliance training has often been cited as the weakest link in the chain of technology control in exports. ECS provides a variety of training options in export management compliance and technology transfer.
- ECS offers seminars every eight weeks in a different location around the country. These interactive awareness seminars use practical ITAR examples, case studies, small group discussions and intensive hands-on training for an in-depth overview of the licensing process. Lectures and discussions focus on the license and Technical Assistance Agreement application process, ITAR violations, ITAR exemptions, Foreign National employment, Technical data and compliance issues. This unique course offering encourages participation in the classroom and enables the attendees to leave with a full understanding of U.S. export controls. Attendance is LIMITED in order to encourage the participants to pose company specific questions.
- ECS also offers in-house seminars either in your facility or over the internet using the latest Web technology. These seminars are customized to suit your company's unique requirements. Interactive training, questions and individual scenarios are presented and attendees are divided into small groups where they apply ITAR principals to real business situations.
- ECS latest offering includes a live Web-based seminar on various topics of interest such as: (1) How to complete a DSP-5 license application for a Foreign National employee, (2) How to use available ITAR exemptions, and (3) How to prepare for a DDTC Company Visit.
